Shipping Policy

Our standard delivery time is 2–3 days. We usually deliver orders sooner, but this timeframe is provided as a precaution in case we are experiencing a particularly busy period.

We don’t keep a large amount of pre-made stock. Our products are hand-poured and prepared to order, which means your order is made especially for you.

We understand that these products can be extremely fragile. Each and every product is carefully and securely packed by our team, and the boxes are heavily cushioned to minimize the risk of damage or breakage during shipping.

However, if your product is damaged or broken during delivery, please don’t worry. We will send you a replacement product. Your satisfaction means the world to us, and we want you to receive your order in the best possible condition.
